Description
You will prototype and ship AI-driven features for client products: LLM integrations, evaluation pipelines, and APIs that are reliable enough for production.
We move quickly but care about measurement—quality, safety, and cost—and you will work with product and engineering to run disciplined experiments and turn what works into something we can operate.
Requirements
- Strong Python; experience building services or data pipelines that touch models in production.
- Hands-on with LLM APIs, prompting strategies, RAG patterns, or fine-tuning workflows as relevant to the project.
- Comfort designing evaluations (automated checks, human review hooks) and monitoring model behavior.
- Ability to collaborate remotely with US-hours overlap and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
Salary
$125,000 – $170,000 USD per year, depending on experience. Full-time remote (US hours); specifics discussed with qualified candidates.
