Description

Join our marketing and growth organization to build relationships and open opportunities for Elite IT Team’s IT and digital services across a fast-paced US market.

You will prospect and qualify leads, nurture relationships through the sales cycle, and work with leadership on regional growth and strategic partners—representing the company with clarity and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, or account growth—ideally in technology, agency, or B2B services.
  • Strong communication and follow-up; comfortable with outreach, discovery calls, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Alignment with USA market hours and, for this role, ability to work from our Bakersfield presence as agreed.
  • Self-driven, organized, and credible when speaking with technical and executive buyers.

Salary

Competitive base salary plus commission; on-target earnings and structure are discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.
